How does it
work?
The moment we receive your application, we process and electronically submit it to the
registrar. A name search
is then performed to make sure
that your proposed business name is not in conflict with any other
registered business. (This rarely happens, but coming up with
a few names that are fairly
unique and individualised, will improve the chances of an uncomplicated registration
process. Try to be descriptive of your business when choosing
potential names)
Once the name reservation is complete, we can then proceed
with registering your close
corporation. Name
reservation now takes about 24 hours to complete. You may of
course query your application
online, at any time during the
registration process, by simply following the links that we will
provide in our email correspondence with you.
